We ship our Guppyfriend Washing Bags from our warehouse in Las Vegas. Orders placed before 1 pm Pacific Time typically ship the same day.
US
We have two shipping options available.
- Standard Shipping (UPS Mail Innovation, typically takes 2-5 business days). We charge a flat rate fee of $5 and offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- Express Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) for $20.
Canada
We offer international shipping to Canada via UPS Mail Innovation and charge a flat fee of $10 for orders under 1lb, $15 for orders 1-3lb, and $20 for orders over 3lb (1 Guppyfriend packaging weighs 0.25lb).
Please note: The customer is solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country and state; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
