Shipping & Returns
We ship our Guppyfriend Washing Bags from our warehouse in Las Vegas. Orders placed before 11am Pacific Time typically ship the same business day.
We have two shipping options available.
- Standard Shipping (UPS Mail Innovation, typically takes 2-5 business days). We charge a flat rate fee of $5 and offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- Express Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) for $20.
We offer international shipping to Canada via UPS Mail Innovation and charge a flat fee of $10 for orders under 1lb, $15 for orders 1-3lb, and $20 for orders over 3lb (1 Guppyfriend packaging weighs 0.25lb). Please note, the customer is solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from county and state; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you purchased your Guppyfriend from an authorized dealer location or website, please contact the retailer directly.
If you are based in the US or Canada and purchased the product from us directly at www.guppyfriend.us (or us.guppyfriend.com), please follow these instructions for a hassle-free return:
- We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you've used the product, you can't return it, sorry! If a product is returned and not in its original condition, we may need to apply a restocking fee.
- Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels for returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To initiate a return, please message email@example.com with the reason for your return and receipt or proof of purchase. If a picture would better describe your problem, please attach it to the message.
