If you are based in the US or Canada and purchased the product from us directly at www.guppyfriend.us (or us.guppyfriend.com), please follow these instructions for a hassle-free return:
- We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you've used the product, you can't return it, sorry! If a product is returned and not in its original condition, we may need to apply a restocking fee.
- Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels for returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To initiate a return, please message support@guppyfriend.com with the reason for your return and receipt or proof of purchase. If a picture would better describe your problem, please attach it to the message.
